Our Story!

Our parents have been taking us on adventures since before we were born. There is nothing better than throwing the tents and kayaks in our big van and wandering + wondering (as our mom says)! Our hearts are restored, reconnected and we have a whole lot of fun!

You might ask why “rooted wilderness”? We have found that while going on all those adventures in the beauty of creation we grow closer to our family and friends that we bring along and to our creator - Jesus.

We were all diagnosed with Lyme in 2014 and we didn’t want the fear of those pesky ticks ruining our adventures. Our mom and dad didn’t want to use common bug spray ingredients that could do more harm to our growing brains and bodies (aren’t they so smart)! They’ve been making it in our home since 2016. Now we do all the crafting and are continuing the tradition of making it in small batches just for you.

We don’t want anyone to live in fear of all those creepies in the woods! Adventure away, friends! That is why we named our Adventure Spray the Creepies Crawl Away Spray! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
